Training doesn’t have to add chaos to your life – it should be a healthy part of it!
I understand how challenging training and running can be if you have a family, a full time job and other activities. But health is important and if I managed to implement healthy habits I guess that everybody can accomplish amazing things in life.
With my guidance, the experience that I have in the sport, I am confident that I can help you to reach new goals.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- Training constructed in order to respect your life. It will not be easy at the beginning, but it can be done. With time training will hopefully become a healthy habit that makes you feel positive and good.
- A different, holistic and adaptive coaching experience based on constant feedback, analysis, discussions and mutual trust
- Relaxed and respectful communication and weekly feedback
- Injury prevention/strength training and nutrition advice
- Group coaching

WHY ME?
- UESCA certified ultrarunning coach
- UESCA certified endurance nutrition coach
- Competitive ultrarunner with more than 70 races of which more than half are ultra distance races (from 42 to 170+ km).
I UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT
- The demands that a family person has
- The challenges that a full time job has
- The issues, problems that a non runner has starting the sport
- The issues that eating disorder has on the body and the challenges of bad habits
- The mental/emotional challenges when injuries occur and/or stagnation in training
- The mental aspect of training and the setbacks
I been there – and honestly sometimes still find myself doing avoidable mistakes. I know what it takes to win the challenges and I’m still working on my own progress learning every day something new. It’s a never ending process and I’m grateful that in 2013 I found the love for the sport that changed and saved my life.
I feel that it’s came the moment where I can to help others with the knowledge and the experience that I acquired since my first running steps in 2013. Many of the mistakes that I made in my progress could and should be avoided. With my guidance I will surely do my best to advice and guide you to reach your goals without necessarily suffering of the setbacks that usually are a result of non realistic expectations, over-training, lack of discipline and consistency etc.
WHY A COACH?
- Having the support of someone who has been exactly where you are right now is invaluable.
- Avoid mistakes, setbacks and better your chances of success
- Use the experience of a person that is capable to see what a runner often doesn’t.
- The coach usually is a person that is a great listener and is able to adapt the training sessions/plan accordingly
- The ability to create a positive training evolution that is consistent is not easy and a coach has the right tools in the toolbox to guide you properly to achieve the expected goals or to slow down when needed in order to avoid unpleasant “surprises”.
- The experience over the years is invaluable and the ability for the coach to teach others is often much efficient if compared when the athlete tries to apply the same guidance alone which often results in a much tougher path, often with slow progress or stagnation.
BENEFITS OF HAVING A COACH:
- Accountability and encouragement
- Personalized training plans
- Gear recommendations
- Nutritional guidance
- Progress monitoring
- Guidance on proper form and technique
